remain the exclusive property of Raevon AI.

6.2 Client Content

You retain ownership of content you upload or input into the system.

You grant Raevon AI a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing services.

6.3 AI-Generated Outputs

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

Clients own the AI-generated outputs produced specifically for them.

Ownership applies to outputs generated during active subscription.

BURAK AI does not guarantee uniqueness of outputs.

Similar outputs may be generated for other clients.

Clients are responsible for ensuring outputs do not infringe third-party rights.

7. AI Disclaimer

AI systems are probabilistic and may produce inaccurate or incomplete outputs.

Raevon AI:

Does not guarantee accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a specific purpose.

Does not provide legal, medical, financial, or regulatory advice.

Is not responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

You agree to independently verify outputs before relying on them.

8. Service Modifications

Introduce usage limits or fair-use policies

We are not liable for service modifications or interruptions.

9. Data & Confidentiality

10. Suspension & Termination
